000027 - numb

came back from another session of indoor soccer tonight. i seriously was contemplating not going since i was feeling so crappy the past 24 hours, but i knew the sweat would do me good. and i was right. my hands were numb (and still kind of are right now as i type) for some odd reason and i only played half of each period. we didn't win but we played much better than our sunday effort. there's a little evil part of me celebrating that i passed my nasty germs onto the other team...

ok, i lied. there a big evil part of me having a party right now!

seriously, in other news, i have no idea why china is making all these effort to go in space at the moment. what's the point? during the cold war days, it was a space race between the russians and the usa. but it seems like a ridiculous waste of money for china to now try and be a player. i can understand the underlying need to put chinese satelites in space because i'd assume usa has the majority of them orbitting around earth at the moment. in fact, if communications is what china is prioritising than good on them. but don't expect me to jump up and down in excitement when china lands on the friggin' moon! all this putting men in space is like a cheesy retro 80s cartoon or comic book making a come back, and i'm pretty sick of that trend 8 months ago...

got a little bit of drawing done today. as i mentioned yesterday, i was gonna do some kill bill fan-art if i got the chance. so here's my first effort of the bride :
