i was all determined to get something drawn today after yesterday's disappointing efforts at the drawing table. but you know what? sometimes things are just not meant to be...

gaijin magazine finally sent me the free subscription t-shirt today. it's a tiny bit big but it's pretty cool. this click in my head that they might have also sent me something else to my mailbox. so i went to check it and low & behold, my instincts was right! i finally got final fantasy x-2 prize that i'd won!! yay.

what does this mean? it means i'll have yet another distraction from working on my comic book. i'm going to have to put a lot of effort in resisting all these temptations.

while i might be complaining, i really do appreciate how lucky i am sometimes. i'm about to start uni and study something that's more to my interest. so while i'm kinda nervous, i'm really excited, too. i have people that actually like my art and most of all, i have a sweet and wonderful girlfriend, who i adore and i miss a lot whenever she's not around.

anyway, i watched survivors: all stars tonight thinking that someone got bit by a shark and had to go home because that's how they were trying to make it sound with the ads. it's was quite anti-climatic. richard, the arrogant poonce that he is, got bit by this baby shark. oh poor baby. and then jenna had to quit & go home because of her sick mum. that was sad and kinda eerie... on one hand, i'm really glad she made the right decision by going with her vibes but it was still very sad.
