000041 - catching up
totally forgot to mention about the incident where i saw a girl at priceline and how she had an orgasm in public! it was weird. saw her looking at some beauty products and next thing i knew, she was making weird ass moaning noises and doing really ridiculous ballerina squats (and pulling at her pants like she had a bad wedgie)!! i thought she was just having some sort of fit but i think she might have had orgasms and it made total sense. it was friggin' weird, that's for sure.

watched a few movies recently. where do i even begin, let's me see... paycheck, went in with low expectations, as much as i love john woo movies, his hollywood stuff just ain't as good as his hongkong stuff. but paycheck was pretty awesome i have to admit. it reminded me a lot of the classic tv show macguyver and i used to love that show. the emperor & the assassin on dvd, that was pretty interesting, too. i've always had an interest with chinese history and this movie, together with my recent research into ancient chinese calligraphy have really reinforced my curiousity about that period. pirates of the carribean on dvd was fun. the special effects weren't all that convincing but johnny depp was once again superb as jack sparrow. i so want to be a pirate! (^__*). and one hour photo on dvd was disturbing. i think it was trying to make us feel sorry for robin william's character sy parrish but i was more put off by his stalking tactics. at least he used their toilet... or did he just imagine it all?!
i think it's getting to that time of the year when uni is starting to get a bit stressful. we haven't exactly learnt much technically and it's like week 6 already. we all just got the new dual 2GHz PowerPC G5s in our labs last week. learnt some dreamweaver rollovers, attempted to insert sound in flash and had a great after effects class (we made a spinning hand thingie and a mermaid tank).
various parts of me want to start working on both my individual and group projects but i just don't know how! i really really want to start playing around in flash and after effects but i don't really know where to begin.
i've also been so inspired seeing all the graphic design and flash work others do that i want to work on finishing my own personal websites instead of doing homework. oh, i want to make my own video game in flash, too. that would be fun!
heck i want to work on my comic book, too. but there's just ain't enough time in a day to do everything i want.
i'd give up sleep but that's one of my favorite hobbies too! (^__^)
